Position Overview
Responsibilities - Manage enquiries through phone, email, events booking calendar and self-help portals (e.g., Venue Booking System).
- Handle special requests from clients.
- Process booking contracts and collection of payments.
- Manage event operations and provide on-site support during event days.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event setup, execution, and teardown.
- Prepare post-event reports, gather client feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance future event operations.
Requirements - Diploma in Events and Venue management, Marketing, Hospitality and Tourism, Communications, Business Administration
