Type: Part-time / As-needed (W-2 or 1099) Staffing goal: Hiring 5 regulars weekly + 5 on-call (bench for larger events) When: Variable shifts; days, evenings after 5 PM, late nights (up to ~3 AM), and early mornings (as early as 5 AM). Where: Across the Tampa Bay area (venues, festivals, special events) Pay: $16+ an hour based on experience What youll do Pre-Event (staging & detail): Place tables/chairs per floor plan; detail surfaces and glass; prep & stock restrooms; sweep/mop main areas; final readiness check before doors open. During Event (porter services): Trash flow: monitor cans, swap liners, move cans as crowds shift; haul to dumpsters/tilt trucks. Restrooms: frequent touch-ups, restock, wipe counters/mirrors; quick response to shortages/spills.
