What You’ll Do:

Plan and coordinate the maintenance of EV charging stations with the contractors.

Carry out maintenance of EV chargers for certain EV charging station / battery charger swap station models

Attending to customers’ enquiries and coordinating with landlords before the commencement of maintenance work

Ensure records are filed properly and data are updated promptly in system. Prepare and collate information for monthly reports

Performing backend monitoring of the EV charging stations network using the Charging Station Management System and to carry out basic diagnostic of issues

Responding to and troubleshooting issues/interruptions...
