About The Role

Reports directly to the Estimating Manager. The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and timely takeoffs for projects involving Window Wall, Curtain Wall, Railings, Metal Panels, Cladding and other facade systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up project files and maintain the folder structure;
• Review RFQs, SOW, Levelling Sheets, Specifications, Estimator Checklists, Infills, Wind Reports, Acoustic Reports, Energy Modeling Reports, Thermal Documents/Calculations and any other project documents for scope and pricing accuracy;
