Position Overview
Job Description - Responsible for receiving, organizing and reviewing tender specification.
- Responsible for ensuring that an efficient filing system for clarifications and submissions is maintained, as well as the safe custody of cost estimations for all tenders
- Responsible for coordinating and requesting quotations from Procurement & Subcontracting department, suppliers and contractors to update cost database
- Responsible for preparing cost estimations in a timely fashion for submission to respective superior(s) for review of cost and formulation of pricing strategy
- Responsible for regular updating of commercial data, commodity market indices, market cost data, unit rates and technical information on materials, services and labor for executive management to make informed decisions.
- Responsible for preparing post project costing analysis report and submit it to superior(s) for review.
