**Job Description**
This position is responsible for constructing precise cost estimates and material takeoffs for millwork projects, including windows, doors, trim, and similar elements in both residential and commercial construction environments.

**Responsibilities**

+ Review blueprints and specifications to determine necessary materials and labor.
+ Prepare detailed quotes and bid packages for the sales team.
+ Collaborate with sales, customers, and internal teams to clarify details and ensure accuracy.
+ Recommend cost-saving options through value engineering.
+ Support the sales team during the bidding process.
