Responsibilities

• Lead the full Technical and commercial estimation process for infra, roadworks and underground utility tenders ranging 20M - 150m
• Perform precise material and quantity take offs from tender drawings using AutoCad, identifying discrepancies to manage the RFI Process
• Develop comprehensive unit rate build ups for labor, specialized plant and raw materials using CCS Candy
• Draft Inquiry packages for specialized subcontractors (e.g micro- tunneling, NDRC, Shoring) and critically analyse incoming quotes for compliance and risk
• Calculate complex project preliminaries, factoring in specialized site mobilization, detours, and traffic management plans according to RTA/Local municipality guidelines
• Prepare final Bill of Quantity
