Requirements:
- Entry Level: 1-3 years working in industrial construction and managing single trade projects up to $350,000.
- Senior Level: 3-7+ years working in industrial construction and managing single or multi-trade projects > $3M.
- A four-year degree in Construction Management or a tradecraft certification.
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, customers, contractors, and other business partners.
- Experience reading construction drawings.
- Intermediate MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
