Estimation Engineer – Façade
Location - Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
: Study tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs
. Prepare quantity take-offs for façade, glazing, aluminum windows, doors, curtain walls, and cladding systems
. Estimate material, labor, and subcontractor costs
. Obtain quotations from suppliers and vendors
. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bid proposals
. Analyze project requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities
. Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
. Prepare tender submissions and technical-commercial proposals
. Maintain estimation databases and historical cost records
. Support project handover after award
. Required Skills
: Knowledge of façade systems, curtain walls, glazing, ACP cladding, aluminum windows, and doors
. Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
. Quantity surveying and BOQ preparation
. Cost estimation and budgeting
