Position Overview
Estimation Engineer - MEP | AlFuttaim Engineering | Emirati Talent What You Will Do: Tender Review - Review of Tender documents on receipt to ensure completeness.
- Organize and participate in bid initiation and review meetings.
- Raise clarifications timely for better bid submission clarity.
- Coordinate and follow-up to ensure post-bid clarifications are addressed.
- In-house coordination for preparation of bid including follow-up, and collection of input from various sub-contractors or third parties.
Cost Estimation - Clear understanding of work scope and best estimation for project execution.
- Ensure commercial submissions to tenders comply with all necessary details.
- Verify detailed MTOs (quantity take-off) from tender documentation.
- Build estimate methodically and in detail according to good estimating practice.
