VANRATH are assisting our client, a large Public Sector Organisation, in their search for aEstates Services Officer for 6 months initially with the possibility of extension. This will based in their Antrim office.
Responsibilities

The post holder is responsible for the management of specific elements of estates operations relating to the development and maintenance of the built environment, engineering services and physical assets.

• To support the delivery of a range of functions within the Estates Services Section as set out in the corporate plan and the annual business plan, particularly in relation to the delivery of functional, safe, modern and efficient property assets.
