Job Description

To manage the professional onboarding, administration, and finalisation of deceased estates in full compliance with the Administration of Estates Act 66 of 1965 and all applicable legislation. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and strict adherence to legal and procedural standards throughout the estate administration process.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage end‑to‑end deceased estates administration in accordance with the Administration of Estates Act.
• Manage customer relationships and escalations.
• Apply legal background and knowledge to problem solve complexities that arise in estate administration.
• Understand and apply practical knowledge of business entities, estate duty, capital gains and income tax relating to deceased estates.
