Corresponding experience in limited liability companies, corporations, partnerships, real estate, and transactional matters will be advantageous. An ideal candidate will be someone with 3+ years of experience and is able work in a fast pace busy environment.
Responsibilities: -draft estate planning documents, including but not limited to Wills, Revocable Living Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, trust administration documents, and probate proceeding documents; -meet with clients regarding same and effectively communicate to clients; and -supervise staff, work with others, and perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
