Responsibilities and Tasks: Develop sustainability and regenerative strategies and proposals at all scales and design stages of projects in the built environment Coordinate strategies and proposals for ESD, ESG and carbon assessments with in-house teams, project clients, other consultants and stakeholders Demonstrate good knowledge of environmental design, sustainability and carbon benchmarking, building energy optimisation, daylight & shading design, sustainable systems, materials, biodiversity, carbon assessment, energy, water and waste systems and building physics Coordinate, complete and ensure Green Rating in projects in any given green and carbon rating scheme (Green Mark, LEED etc.) Appreciate the need for the development and application of consistent standards and metrics Complete simulations such as energy modelling, CFD, daylight & glare modelling etc. to provide accurate calculations and informed design options Develop appropriate design, proposals or analysis within the agr...
