Our Client, a Mortgage and Real Estate Services company, is looking for an Escrow Officer for their Remote location. Responsibilities:


+ The National Escrow Officer Lender Services Division is responsible for managing and closing high-volume refinance escrow transactions on a national scale.

+ Working within the Lender Services Division, this role partners directly with lending institutions, mortgage servicers, and settlement partners to ensure seamless, compliant, and timely refinance closings.

+ The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in lender-driven workflows, investor requirements, and multi-state refinance regulations.

+ Process, and close residential refinance escrow transactions.

+ Review and analyze lender closing instructions, loan documents, payoff statements, title commitments, and subordination agreements for accuracy and completeness
