The
Escrow Closer is responsible for below specific duties.
Your specific duties will include:
- Managing real estate title files from contract to closing, including preparation of the HUD/Closing Disclosure.
- Reviewing title searches and resolving title issues.
- Communicating with all parties involved in the transaction, including buyers, real estate agents, builders, and lenders.
- Preparing all closing documents.
- Scheduling closings (no table closing required).
