Position Overview
Description We are looking for an ERP/CRM Consultant to support enterprise application stability and continuous improvement in New York, New York. This Long-term Contract position focuses on diagnosing system issues, coordinating enhancements, and working closely with business and technology teams to deliver effective solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong technical problem-solving skills, sound documentation practices, and experience operating within structured IT controls.
Responsibilities:
• Address application defects, troubleshoot user-reported issues, and drive timely resolution of support requests
• Organize and refine a queue of system fixes and enhancement items, balancing urgency, impact, and business priorities
• Examine recurring problems, document findings, and translate analysis into practical recommendations for improvement
• Apply established IT governance standards and follow formal change control procedures for system updates and releases
