As an ERP Transformation Specialist, you will lead complex, enterprise‐wide transformation programmes for clients, modernising core business systems and delivering measurable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ERP transformation programmes, shaping strategy, scope, design and delivery across HR‑related and broader enterprise functions.
• Translate client needs into clear process, data, and system requirements, ensuring alignment with best‑practice ERP architecture and operating models.
