Our client an established fast food company retailer is searching for a ER Advisor to manager the ER function for the company and cover a 12month maternity cover. This role is fully remote with some meetings in the central London office. Reporting into the HR Director you will be responsible for the delivery of people business partnership across the ER department including five ER Consultants and ER Administrator.
