Join our team at the Agronomy Seed Farm and play a hands-on role in producing high-quality Foundation seed. This position offers a great opportunity to work with modern equipment, support agricultural research, and be part of a collaborative, field-focused environment.

In this role, you will assist with all aspects of seed production, including planting, spraying, harvesting, and monitoring fields to ensure effective weed control. You’ll operate large-scale, modern farm equipment and transport machinery on public roads, gaining valuable experience with advanced agricultural practices. Responsibilities also include operating seed cleaning equipment and preparing both bulk and bagged seed for customers.
