Are you willing to operate machinery safely and see the success of an exciting industry? Martin Marietta is currently looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator and travel between our surface operations Gilliam, Glasgow, and Miami Quarries. This position is responsible for safely operating heavy equipment to move material within the plant. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Participate in safety programs and training, promoting Martin Marietta’s Guardian Angel culture

Inspect equipment for signs of wear

Perform basic maintenance on heavy mobile equipment

Work in a team environment

Clean work areas

Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
