Working closely with technical analysts and operational leaders/staff, this role is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of communication and education for users of Epic (the electronic health record (EHR) used at Denver Health). The Epic Instructional Designer creates and maintains documentation, curriculums, and e-learnings (blended learning, synchronous and asynchronous learning) and anticipates training challenges and opportunities for newly hired employees. The role also tests the Epic software training environments. They monitor training program effectiveness, review and evaluate work, and offer performance reports.
