**Role Overview**

**Sodexo** is seeking our **Environmental Services-Custodial Operations Manager 2** for our client partners at the **University of Louisiana Lafayette.** Our successful candidate will lead our team of custodial professionals during special events and high-profile events including weddings, working flexible, occasional nights and weekends. Our leader will have demonstrated experience mentoring a large team including explaining goals of contract to the team and be able to execute a plan and drive results. This manager will be proactive in understanding full environmental service needs and accurately scale labor needs for large, high-profile special events on campus. Valid Driver's License with clear background
