**Position Title:**

Entry Manufacturing Laborer – 1st Shift

**Pay Rate** :

$20.40/hr **Sign on Bonus** :

$500 after 30 days,

$500 after 6 months,

**Retention Bonus** :

$500 after 1 year

Additional lump sum after 2 years

**The Job You Will Perform:**

+ Check for count accuracy and conformance to specification
+ Double check for quality issues, communicating them to control room operator or wet end operator
+ Measure finished sheet for accuracy
+ Insert Proper load tags into finished “measured” units
+ Check unit for appearance
+ Operate count station and load tag printer
+ Restack non-conforming units
+ Hand-flip bundles when warped, or otherwise required]
+ Properly document non-conforming materials ont...
