Position OverviewAs a member of the Service Desk Team, you will be the first point of contact for clients experiencing technical issues, diagnosing problems quickly and accurately while conducting standard preliminary research using remote access, user administration, and related tools.
Work HoursShifts are aligned to US time zones within a 24‑hour operation. Shift schedules may vary based on business requirements.
Work LocationThis position must be performed onsite in our office in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa.
SalaryFrom R240,000.00 per year (R20,000 per month), based on candidate background, experience, and skills.
