Job Summary The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for supporting daily operations at a self-storage facility, including customer service, sales, property inspections, and payment processing.
The role requires strong communication skills, basic maintenance ability, and independent work, with some travel within the district.
Weekly shifts will largely be at the Monroe location with some coverage at the Granite Falls office. What you’ll be doing You will be responsible for overall operations and cleanliness of your assigned properties to include, but not limited to; Handle day to day operations of the facility.
