Job Description & Requirements 1. Program Governance & Cadence: Develop and maintain Program governance framework and cadence with clear roles and responsibilities Develop measures to evaluate success of departmental objectives. 2. Program Execution: Align the deliverables and outputs of individual projects Identify workable processes, standards and best practices for how teams should manage projects Monitor the progress and budget usage to ensure milestones are being met across various programs, highlight risk and critical issues where applicable. 3.
