Enterprise Service Desk Lead: AI-Driven Ops & Partnerships

Position Overview

We’re looking for an experiencedService Lead to take ownership of a large scale service partnership and lead the delivery of high quality service desk outcomes. This is a key leadership role where you’ll shape the future of service management through automation, AI, and modern operating practices.
You’ll act as the critical link between internal teams, delivery partners, and customers, ensuring strong performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead end to end service desk and service management delivery
  • Manage a major delivery partner, holding them accountable to contracted outcomes
