Engineering Tools and Processes Manager

Duties and responsibilities

• Own and develop the engineering tools landscape and toolchain strategy, including PLM, CAD, and related systems
• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the PLM system, ensuring integration with CAD, ERP, and other systems
• Develop and improve cross‑functional engineering processes, ensuring standardization, efficiency, and high data quality
• Collaborate with engineering, production, supply chain, and IT to align tools and ways of working
• Establish and follow up KPIs for tool performance and process efficiency
• Ensure training, support, and strong user adoption of tools
• Manage tool‑related budgets and vendor relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s is an advantage)
