JOB SUMMARY: The Engineering Support Specialist is responsible for assisting the Engineering, Production, Quality, Supplier Quality, and Procurement team with engineering-related documentation tasks. Responsibilities are more clerical in nature but require a basic level of technical knowledge.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (COMPETENCIES):

+ Assisting with writing, issuing, posting, and training affected employees to Temporary Engineering Orders (TEOs)

+ Assisting with ensuring TEOs maintain a status of Active or Closed, as appropriate. Also ensuring TEOs do not have a status of Expired for prolonged periods of time.

+ Assisting with the successful transition of TEOs to official manufacturing procedures, where applicable.

+ Monitoring Sales inquiries for customer requests through New Products web application
