Summary:
Maintain, lead, and manage the operation and maintenance of assigned White Lodging managed property, its infrastructure, and facilities in direct support for the General Manager or Chief Engineer and property staff. Assist in managing and/or coordinating CAPEX planning and projects with the General Manager, Chief Engineer, and RDOE. Manage and adhere to policies, standards, and procedures for maintenance operations and asset protection via preventative maintenance. |
