Source PM Team is a functional group that works on sputter source repair/conversion tasks so as to maintain a healthy inventory on source availability to support production About the role - you will:
Perform sputter source repair according to Troubleshooting Flowchart upon chronic failure sources identified. Perform sputter source conversion according to procedure per MPS plan to make sure no source disconnect. Perform source/components failure analysis together with equipment engineers to improve source robustness, reduce failure rate and maintain quality Responsible for proper tracking of failure components and compliance of procedure Feedback to management team upon issues Involving in cost saving projects, work with relevant parties to work as a team to drive cost reduction About you:
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related Engineering Diploma Self-motivated and positive working attitude. Team player with good problem-solving...
