Position Overview
Job Description
Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online.Configure mail flow rules, security policies, retention policies, and compliance settings.Monitor system health, service usage, audit logs, and activity alerts via Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Azure Monitor.Implement and enforce security controls such as DLP, MFA, Conditional Access, and Defender tools.Provide Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft 365 and Azure-related issues.Manage Azure resources including computer, storage, networking, security, and identity services.Support change management, automation, backup, recovery, reporting, and hybrid cloud operations.Qualifications
