About Our Group The MDW Line Support team is part of Seagate's Preventive Maintenance organization, supporting MDW Automation and Servo‑Writer machines used in hard disk media manufacturing. Our team plays a critical role in ensuring stable equipment performance, consistent product quality, and reliable production output in a high‑volume manufacturing environment. About The Role - You Will Support the MDW media production line, ensuring automation and servo‑writer machines operate in good condition and meet production output requirements. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to sustain machine quality and product quality. Execute product software conversions in line with production requirements. Work closely with Process Engineering to resolve yield‑related and software‑related issues. Collaborate with other engineering and technical teams to support faulty machine recovery and troubleshooting activities
