EQL has to monitor Quality systems such as CQI – Customer Quality Index, NCBS – New Car Buyer System (European version of our CQI), QIU – Quality In Use, QFS – Quality Feedback System. Needs to identify the know‑how of the quality results to define the quality target of the Project or Innovation. Conducts the audit of the quality design process through the standard check, Design review, APQP/PPAP processes.
