This department is part of the Global Engineering SpeCare organization and supports the EMEA region to deliver capital projects. Our main mission is to:

+ Lead all Tiers 1 & 2 Projects & Programs
+ Lead strategic projects from Feasibility to Commissioning, Qualification & Validation in a “hybrid organizational mode” with Sites to ensure a robust handover after startup.
+ Build robust organization for each Tiers 1 & 2 Project mixing expertise & leadership from Sanofi Local & Global aligned with Cluster & Site head.
