As a Engineering Manufacturing Manager, you will be part of the Plating and Manufacturing department. The ideal candidate will have cross functional experience, process improvement experience and experience working in a small company, less than 100 employees, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range: $160,000 - $220,000**
