Eaton's EPG CPD UL Bussmann division is currently seeking a Engineering Manager.
**What you'll do**:
**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:
Lead Bussmann Product Design Engineering organization in Juarez, MX.
Build, and strengthen capabilities of a multi-disciplinary team to support regional and global Bussmann product lines.
This role will have oversight of a team of more than 30 employees to successfully support divisional growth, industrialization, engineering support and cost-out initiatives at the different manufacturing facilities located at Juarez, MX, Santiago, DR & LaGrange, NC.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
A. Understand and deploy Bussmann Engineering Department Strategy.
Develop an aligned local product engineering strategy to encompass manufacturing support and division project engineering.
B. Champions Enovia implementation to fully utilize all capabilities around change management and deviations.
