POSITION OVERVIEW:

+ Our company designs and manufactures high temperature vacuum furnaces as well as VPA coating systems used in industries such as aerospace, energy, additive and precision manufacturing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.

+ 7-10 years’ experience working in industrial machinery design and manufacturing, preferably for the heat treatment of metal parts (Working for a designer and builder of Capital Equipment REQUIRED).

+ 3-5 years’ experience within a leadership/management role.

+ Have some mechanical engineering skills.

+ Understanding of Industrial Norms as they apply to company offerings.

+ Strong leadership qualities.

+ Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
