About the Role

We’re hiring an Engineering Manager / Senior Engineering Manager to lead high-performing full-stack teams delivering end-to-end product experiences across UI and backend services. Level will be determined based on candidate experience and impact, with an expectation of being ~20% hands-on (as needed) while scaling team execution.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and grow engineering teams (~6–10 engineers per team; EM typically owns one team, Sr. EM may own multiple teams)
