Engineering Lead

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to drive the direction, scalability, and operational excellence of globally distributed engineering teams across the UK, Poland, and India. Inside IR35 .

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Delivery

• Provide leadership across multi-region engineering teams (UK, Poland, India).
• Support team managers with:
• Project demand planning
• Capacity and resource management
• Delivery prioritisation and oversight
• Act as a senior escalation point for engineering and operational issues
• Ensure alignment between engineering output and business priorities

Engineering & Platform Oversight

• Control-M platform upgrades
