ZF Transmissions Gray Court, LLC has job openings (multiple) for the position of Engineering Lead - Customer Quality based out of its location in Gray Court, SC.

Job Duties Leverage automotive engineering knowledge while working closely with customer representatives and insure that major customer complaints are resolved. Determine root cause of failure from customer transmission returns and lead the quality and problem-solving activities to eliminate impact of non-conforming product in accordance with customer’s specified process. Interpret engineering specifications for products to determine performance requirements in order to meet and/or exceed customer expectations. Review manufacturing processes and assess product quality to determine adequacy, capability and comply with customer specifications and company’s specifications.
