Responsibilities - Support production staff with machine and process troubleshooting.
- Guide team members to maintain output and product quality.
- Check material changes to ensure accuracy.
- Assist engineers with production control charts and checklists.
- Prepare production reports and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor and improve test results from production.
- Perform basic maintenance and repair of machinery.
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements - Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical fields.
- No prior work experience required.
- Must have basic knowledge of team operations and computer skills (Excel, Word).
- Experience working in clean room environments will be a plus.
