Position Overview
Job Duties Construction Supervision & Quality Control - Supervise and inspect the construction of wet and dry utilities (water, sewerage, stormwater, irrigation, HV/LV cables, street lighting, telecom and ITS works) to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and RTA standards.
- Monitor the contractors work for adherence to approved method statements, quality plans and safety procedures.
- Review and comment on shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and as‑built drawings for utilities works.
- Witness and verify utility testing and commissioning activities ensuring conformity to standards.
- Identify and report non‑conformances ensuring corrective actions are implemented by the contractor.
Coordination & Interface Management - Coordinate with RTA, DEWA, Etisalat, DU and other authorities to secure necessary NOCs, inspections and approvals.
