Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Planned Preventive Measures (PPM) schedules for M&E systems.Ensure compliance with manufacturers’ guidelines, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Carry out general maintenance of M&E equipment, eg. cooling tower, pumps, low voltage (LV) electrical distribution system, fire protection system etc.Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and service reports.Develop and maintain contingency plans for system breakdowns or emergencies.Provide 24/7 technical support during critical issues, such as critical equipment down.Diagnose and resolve faults or malfunctions in M&E systems.Perform repairs on general M&E equipment.Work closely with contractors or vendors when complex repairs are needed.Prepare detailed incident reports for maintenance issues.Manage inventory of spare parts, consumables, and tools.C...
