Position Overview
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Execute small expansion projects, ad-hoc changes, batch enhancements, and logic/graphics development within Lifecycle Services.Support DeltaV upgrade activities, including Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and project-to-service handover aligned with standard checklists.Implement cybersecurity solutions and support awareness workshops and programs such as BCA and SES.Deliver service offerings including AMC, PWAMC, PWCAMC, ST100, ST200, and chargeable service visits as required.Provide technical support for Guardian/Essential Support customers, including DeltaV Batch, DeltaV SIS, Charms I/O, VIM, third-party integrations, and system maintenance.Facilitate customer workshops, generate reports, and contribute to lifecycle service lead generation with a target for incremental revenue growth.Align service delivery with SMO standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
