Job description

• Supervise installation and commissioning of mobile base stations (BTS/NodeB/eNodeB/gNodeB).
• Perform integration and on-air activities with core/backhaul networks.
• Conduct site acceptance tests and generate reports (PAT, FAT, SAT).
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and health & safety standards.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues on‑site.
• Coordinate with RF, transmission, and optimization teams during site rollout.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, logs, and drawings.
• Provide technical support to subcontractors and ensure timely project delivery.

Salary Range: AED 5000 - 7000 per Month
