**What you’ll need to succeed as a Mechanical Engineer at XPO:**

Minimum Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BSME preferred) or a related field
+ At least 1 year of experience in machined parts, sheet metal, weldments and assemblies

Preferred qualifications:

+ Two plus years of Inventor and AutoCAD Mechanical to include modeling and detailing
+ Experience with Modeling, Detailing, Machined Parts and various metals
+ Demonstrated initiative with excellent written and oral communication skills
+ Ability to analyze and solve problems with electrical, mechanical and pneumatic devices
+ Creativity with product designs and problem solving
