Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Carry out Feasibility, Conceptual, Preliminary and Detailed Design for Electrical Services for public and commercial projectsCarry out consultations with local Authorities and AgenciesPrepare tender specifications and review tender drawingsPerform contract administration work.Manage projects progress, identify any non-confirmation of contractor’s work at siteManage testing and commissioning of M&E systemsAttend/Chair technical and progress meetings with clients, consultants and contractorsRequirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore)Minimum two (2) years of experience in carrying out designs of Electrical services, project management and supervision.Conversant with the Codes of Practice and regulations related to building services is essentialTeam player and ability to work wit...
