Job Duties

• Ability to manage a design and approval process interfacing with the project team Clients and Stakeholders In-depth and strong understanding of Abu Dhabi/Dubai/UAE/ KSA and Qatar Authority Guidelines is a must
• Experienced in BIM In-depth understanding of relevant software is a must Revit knowledge is additional.
• Understanding from Concept master plan stage to Detailed Master Plan in terms of utility corridor space proofing ROW coordination with wet roads transportation landscape and building teams
• Develop Master plan report derive demand load calculations tie in point requirements Full understanding of dry utilities and infrastructure projects from Concept to IFC stage
